Bukoba Products Ltd (BPL) was established in the year 2001 with the purpose of exporting raw and processed Agricultural Products from Tanzania to SADC Regional Market in particular D R CONGO, MALAWI and SOUTH AFRICA.

Products earmarked for this Market are Maize grain, Maize Flour, Beans, Ground Peanut, Tanzanian Rice and Processed Coffee.

As we are growing, the market demand for our products is increasing too. We are continuing to serve and concentrate to the existing SADC Market and recently inaugurated EA Customs Union, and also paying serious attention to OVERSEAS orders that want to buy from us.

The Share Holders of Bukoba Products Ltd are Dr. Johnson M. Lwakatare, Mr. Deusdedit Kizito Stephen, Hon. Wilfred M. Lwakatare (MP), Mr. Elisha Buberwa.

Board Chairman of Bukoba Products Ltd. Consultant Cardiologist (Muhimbili Medical Centre), Director of Med-Consult Clinic and Senior Lecturer at Muhimbili University College of Health Sciences. Reputable Businessman.

Mr. Deusdedit Kizito Stephen - Executive Director.

Founder Board Member and Secretary to the Board of Directors. Mechanical Engineer with 17 years working experience, and training in Export and Market Analysis (Germany), Quality Control Management (UDSM). He has 10 years of experience in Export Trade of Handcrafts and Agricultural products and has attended several International Trade Missions and Trade Fairs in Japan, South Korea, Sweden, South Africa, Germany, Italy, Malawi, Zambia, Kenya and Uganda. He is also a Chairman of Ilala Micro traders Registered Trustees (IMITRA).

Hon. Wilfred L. Muganyizi - Director.

Founder Board Member. Member of Parliament (Bukoba Urban Constituence). Holder of BA (Hons) degree from the University of Dar es salaam. Experienced in Business Administration (Retail trading and Hospitality Industry).

Mr. Elisha Buberwa - Director.

Board Member. An Agricultural Economist/Financial Analyst with working experience of more than 35 years in Government and International Organizations (FAO/UNDP/IDA/IFAD). Consultant in Agricultural Projects Planning, Management, Monitoring and evaluation, Financial Planning and Control, Strategic planning Management in the Ministry of Agriculture and Private sector.
